PathPair Refund and Billing Policy

1. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. By purchasing a PathPair service, you agree to the pricing and terms presented at checkout.
2. Service Description & Delivery
Our services (including resume reviews, tailored job searches, and cover letters) are digital and customized to each user. Delivery is typically within 3–7 business days, unless stated otherwise. Work begins as soon as you submit your form and payment.
3. AI Transparency
Some elements of our service (e.g., resume analysis, language enhancements, and job matching logic) may use generative AI tools and large language models to accelerate or enhance outputs. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a human before delivery.
4. Refund Eligibility
Because our services are custom-made and delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once work has begun. However, we will honor refund requests under the following conditions:
You cancel the order within 24 hours and before we’ve started working.
You did not receive any deliverables within 10 business days (unless delayed with notice).
You received work that was materially incomplete, misaligned with the service purchased, or not delivered at all.
⚠️ EU/UK/India Users: Under your local laws, you may have the right to withdraw from certain digital service contracts within 14 days. However, by submitting your form and payment, you expressly consent to the service beginning immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right to withdraw once service delivery has started (in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent international laws).
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@pathpair.co with:
Your full name
Purchase date
Reason for the refund request
Proof of payment (optional but helpful)
We aim to respond within 3 business days.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your access to services may be suspended. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of service fulfillment when appropriate.
7. Taxes
Where required by law, applicable sales tax or VAT will be added to your total. You are responsible for complying with your country’s tax laws related to digital service purchases.
